Payment Options
Yllen accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Return Policy
You can return a product for up to 10 days from the date it was delivered to you. Once you have submitted a return request to customercare@yllencollection.com we will send you a pdf return shipping label. Please print it oout and affix it to your package. Once your retur has been received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation along with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Exchange Policy
We will be happy to exchange your item for another within 30 days upon receipt of our product. For items of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference, and for items of greater value, the difference will be charged to your original method of payment. We will provide you with a free pre-paid shipping label for your item to be returned, and will ship the replacement upon receipt of you return.

All orders placed through on the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance by Yllen.
Yllen reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the Platform or through the Client Relations Center, and may limit from time to time the quantity of Yllen products that may be ordered by a Customer in a single buying session, without prior notice.
